short Update

I haven't written a blog for a long time, obviously with the war going on in Israel and Gaza a lot has gone on and I've been extremely busy but I wanted to update you all a bit , I'm sitting on a plane back from Budapest at the moment on the way to cover an event for Maariv, it's a bit chilly so I'm wearing my Manchester united Jacket I got from Loofes store in Bury , Loofes is a great place to get clothing from elegant to sportswear and it helps that one of the owners Mike Loofe is a very good friend of mine so I get the employee discount, in overhead cabin is my Samsonite cabin bag , I love Samsonite and travel everywhere with them if anyone reading works with Samsonite I wouldn't mind some sansonite goodies..... 
I've travelled a fair bit over the past few months to the point Esther said to me they should forward your mail to Manchester Airport and she may be right ...   
but this trip was special to me in several ways I travelled to Slovakia not only to tick off a new country but to be at the grave of the person I'm named after someone I've never been before to his grave . 
I also Spoke and prayed at an event with Christians marching for remembering those Jews killed by the Nazis 80 years ago .
at this time of strife and hatred towards the Jews to see this solidetatary including people coming up to me saying thank you for coming we stand with at this time meant a lot to me .
it shows we are not fully alone.
next week I travel to Israel to get my Diploma for my BA , I did it , I managed. 
at this point they are serving the meal so I'll leave you with a prayer for the release of the hostages and the safety of our soldiers which includes my younger brother Ephi Edward currently serving in reserves.

    Your article on antisemitism flourishing in European universities is merely anothyer ripple in the wave of articles devoted to this this ever increasing and ever threatening circumstance. But like every other article the crunch is missing. To complete the equation I'll give you this: the ambition of the Islamists is to physically rid Eorope of its Jewish population. The Hebrew Bible of the Jewish population is the only factor arresting the secure rooting of the Koran throughout Western Europe. This in a manner that would have Islam impose its ethics on a weak and uncertain Christian identity. These Islamists , and they are ALL radical, have not a fuck-all of interest in Gaza, Palestine, Hamas and whatever else, but the wars here all focusing on Israel has offered them unprecedented leverage to effect their ambitions. Get the Jews to leave (!!!) And when you return to Israel spend a few hours at BG to see the flood of new immigrants arriving.

My country is at war

I had written my blog for August and September, they were going to go up very soon but I can't put up trivial things when my country is at war, when my people and friends have been kidnapped and murdered by terrorists calling themselves freedom fighters for Palestine.  Make no mistake Hamas is not Palestine and does not represent any faction of Palestine, they are a terrorist group that cause harm to the Palestinian cause. Any person that harms civilians for their own benefit is evil. Hamas, besides the atrocities they committed last week, use civilians as bait , not allowing them to get to safety and making sure their terrorist headquarters are in vulnerable areas such as childrens' schools and UN hospitals.  As a Zionist Israeli and a left wing activist, the horror on both sides is intense, I lost friends and colleagues; innocent people, civilians who wanted to live.
