Respect others

 This morning at Breakfast and in the lounge, my wife ate fruit vegetables etc. while I enjoyed a good Meat breakfast, why is that momentous , you see my wife is religious , I’m not we have compromises between us , yes I grew up in a religious home but today I’m not religious and for a while I was even very anti but that changed once I met my wife, reasons of why I left religion is not important, todays blog is about respecting others views even when they are not your own.

I met my wife at a pub by a mutual friend , I spoke to her and we exchanged details , years later we met up again and the rest is history .

Many people thought this wasn’t right, in fact I received a call from a big rabbi who called to dissuade me yet after a hour conversation he said to me , I'm going to do everything in my power to make this work .

I think one can disagree on many notions but one must never bring that disagreements to personally hate one another , we can disagree in politics and still sit for coffee,

I once went campaigning in Jerusalem with a candidate who was fighting for LGBTQ rights and one person said to my candidate , I’m not gay but the friend I’m sitting is gay we will be voting for you , then he added but first I must introduce myself , I’m the son of so and so a candidate also running who was notoriously homophobic , my friend the politician was surprised , he had never expected that, the man added I don't believe my fathers views , I think one must respect one another no matter who and how .

I think this persons viewpoint of life is incredible and worthy of mention.

Some of my good friends are on opposing views , in fact some to extreme yet we get along as we don’t mention our viewpoints to each other , I think there’s one rule in life be kind , understand and aware that there are other viewpoints and opinions around and that’s ok.

short Update

Reflection of a year to Blog

It has been just over a year since I started publishing my blog. I started writing a blog on the advice of Hillel Fuld in order to enhance my career and get more people informed about what I do. Unfortunately, as of yet, that hasn't happened, Hillel doesn't get everything right. But in a way, the blog has become a sanctuary for me to talk about my achievements, air my grievances, and let myself feel better in life. I think through the blog I have found clarity in myself on different aspects of my life, I have learned things about myself and what is necessary for me to change and I have learned skills I have that I never thought I needed or could utilise.  In sales, one must believe in the product to sell it. My country is at war

I had written my blog for August and September, they were going to go up very soon but I can't put up trivial things when my country is at war, when my people and friends have been kidnapped and murdered by terrorists calling themselves freedom fighters for Palestine.  Make no mistake Hamas is not Palestine and does not represent any faction of Palestine, they are a terrorist group that cause harm to the Palestinian cause. Any person that harms civilians for their own benefit is evil. Hamas, besides the atrocities they committed last week, use civilians as bait , not allowing them to get to safety and making sure their terrorist headquarters are in vulnerable areas such as childrens' schools and UN hospitals.  As a Zionist Israeli and a left wing activist, the horror on both sides is intense, I lost friends and colleagues; innocent people, civilians who wanted to live.
