That extra touch

 We are coming to the end of our short sojourn in Jerusalem and i must really talk about the incredibleness of our host , because my parents now live here we wanted to stay close to them so we looked for an apartment in the neighbourhood they and my brother live , my brother sent me names of 3 possible flats and I rang them up , one of the flat owners gave a nice price for 5 days so we booked with him .

Thinking of the low fee i expected a little storage house situation , but I walked into a 2nd floor 1 room flat with a small kitchenette and balcony .

But what impressed me more was a small tray with coffee and tea , cola and soda and some nuts and sweets .

That level of attention to detail thinking what extra can we give our guests is an incredible sense to detail and thinking over the top to bring a sense of satisfaction and happiness to the client i.e. me .

I know for a fact I’ll be back here in the future and will defiantly come here before anywhere else .

That extra treat is something that must be utilised in the marketing world , you have a new client give him a little extra credit , a little extra treat and you’ll see he’ll return to you , become a full time client .

I'm going to sleep I have a flight back tomorrow but I’ll be back ....

Reflection of a year to Blog

It has been just over a year since I started publishing my blog. I started writing a blog on the advice of Hillel Fuld in order to enhance my career and get more people informed about what I do. Unfortunately, as of yet, that hasn't happened, Hillel doesn't get everything right. But in a way, the blog has become a sanctuary for me to talk about my achievements, air my grievances, and let myself feel better in life. My country is at war

I had written my blog for August and September, they were going to go up very soon but I can't put up trivial things when my country is at war, when my people and friends have been kidnapped and murdered by terrorists calling themselves freedom fighters for Palestine.  Make no mistake Hamas is not Palestine and does not represent any faction of Palestine, they are a terrorist group that cause harm to the Palestinian cause. Any person that harms civilians for their own benefit is evil.
