Dreams
Today I got a call from DVLA who informed told me that after my health check, I have been given permission to continue driving.
I am so relieved! I was scared that I would be denied.
I rebooked my theory test for middle of November and hope by then I'll pass and then I can book my practical test and hopefully soon get my license.
For me, having a license will be a dream. It shows that dreams can come true, if you push for it.
We all have our dreams and aspirations but it's pushing forward that makes our dreams come true.
Life is all flexible, we can meet the biggest and wealthiest person, but if you don't show up and give an elevator speech, you won't get anywhere.
I want to bring an example of a friend of mine, Nuseir Yasin, otherwise known as Nas Daily. Nas went to Harverd, graduated and started working for PayPal, making big bucks. But then he was unhappy, he quit it all, started traveling and making one minute videos. He became very sucessful and well known, but he then had another dream: of going to visit other countries which he couldn't go to due to his Israeli passport.
To overcome this, he made some investments in another country , which allowed him to get and honoury citizenship and a second passport and thus was able to fulfill his dream of going to countries he previously couldn't get in to.
Life is following your dreams, searching for ways to follow your dreams, even if it is difficult.
I'm off now to Old Trafford to watch United play, and hopefully win, and get Europa League qualification. Then they will play more games this season and win more trophies!
Dreams can come true!
