It's been a crazy weekend!
My flight from Germeny was delayed by 40 minutes, so I thought I'll miss my connection as I only had one hour to transfer. But a rep was waiting by my plane and took me straight to my plane to Manchester.
On Wednesday, I rested and on Thursday, I traveled with Esther to London for Shabbat with my friend Tom Rev and his daughters.
It gave me a chance to see my London siblings. On the train, I wrote the article on Germany, one of the most special articles I have ever written. It was about the grandson of a Nazi who opened a shul and a kosher kitchen in the orthopedic hospital he runs to atone for his grandfather's deeds. It is a phenomanal story, that was published this morning and is doing the rounds, with people saying how it's an amazing story.
Esther had to be early back in Manchester, so this morning I woke up at 6 and went with her to the station to make sure she got on the 8 o'clock train. Went back to Hendon to pick up the headphones I forgot there and now I am at my brothers.
Soon, I will get on a plane to Israel for two days for University and meetings. Life definitely gives you amazing oppurtunities.
I'm tired and not feeling 100%, so hope I to sleep on the plane, as I have an early morning meeting in Israel when I arrive.
I had a nice experience this morning went into shop to buy coffee. I put the cup in the machine and the security guard who was standing nearby, noticed I hadn't put it in properly, so most of the coffee wouldn't have gone in the cup, so he came over and adjusted the cup. Sometimes small acts of kindness are so appreciated.
Okay, getting ready for my flight.
