Brussels Airlines Disability Discrimination.

Hello from Israel!
I'm here to take the final exam of my degree, which takes place Sunday.
Sorry I didn't post yesterday, it was a crazy day. In the morning, we celebrated Esther, my wife's, birthday. Esther is a huge fan of the TV show, Friends, so I got her a cooking set enbossed with the logo plus some socks embossed with the logo and a necklace with her initials on. She was so happy! Then our cleaner came, so I went to Tesco's to buy stuff needed for the house and to take out cash to pay her. Our cleaner, Maria, is amazing. She is an Ukrainian refugee from Llov. She used to teach English there. She really understands our needs and does over and beyond to clean our house.
Before shopping, I had a good coffee in Costa, then bought from the shops what we need and also found a nice bar mitzva present for my nephew.
On my way back from Tesco, I stopped off in Staytefair and brought Esther a chocolate croissant.
I got back home and my stomach issues suddenly started again. I lay down, but that wouldn't go away.
I took a paracetamol and after a while they receded, so I went as planned to watch Manchester United play Leeds.
They scored two goals but we came back from that to draw the game at 2-2.
I got a lift back home from a friend, packed for my flight, slept for an hour and as I had friends on my flight, they gave me a lift to the airport.
I flew Brussels Airlines to Israel.
Manchester to Brussels: great staff, attentive to my needs and very cordial.
Seats are comfortable but alas, food and drink is charged. Why do airlines do this nowadays? Where is the good old customer service onboard?
Brussels to Tel Aviv: alas my DPNA code was not honored and the ground staff were very discriminatory towards my disability needs. Due to my sensory needs, I had no recourse but pay 200 Euro for an upgrade to business class, which I will be demanding a refund and making an official complaint. Staff onboard were amazing and the purser said he will be writing the incident in his report.
I'm in Israel for a week for my exam and meetings + a nephew's bar mitzva. It's going to be fun!
