crazy week

It's been a crazy week!
I returned from Newcastle and the following day, there was the second semi final vs Nottingham, which we won by two goals, ensuring we are for sure going to Wembley
On Thursday I rested and on Friday, I was zonked, way too exhausted. Must have been all that andrenalin!
On Friday night, we ate at friends of Esther and for half the meal, I was with their baby, who was so quiet and happy to be on my lap.
Saturday I got up, got dressed and went to town. I went to Greggs and bought a steak bake, thought about getting a coffee but thought, nah, I"ll get my coffee in my usual spot near Old Trafford. I arrived there only to discover that it was closed. Typical! So I went to the pub where I go every pre game. It was packed to the brim, had two beers and sang along, but decided to go to the ground a bit early to buy a coffee and some snacks. Did that and sat in my spot to watch a game full of controversy as we won by two goals and one of our players got red carded for a fight that was started by the other side's players, while they got off scot-free! The referee was a joke!
On the plus side, Everton won against Arsenal and Newcastle drew and Manchester city lost to Tottenham, which puts us back in the title race. Come on you Reds!
On my way back, I stopped off at KFC for my new favourate meal, a burger bun with fried chicken with cheese and hashbrown. It comes with a side of chicken, chips and gravy, and a drink. I cut up the chicken and put it with the chips and pour the gravy over it all... delicious!
Called my brother up for something I need while I'm in Israel and he said to me, 'Pity your'e going backon Monday, as my son's Bar Mitzva is on Tuesday.' So I changed my ticket to go back on Wednesday to be at the simcha.
We held a birthday party for one of Esthers friends, all in all a good day.
Tomorrow, I have a colonoscopy and endoscopy under sedation, so I imagine I"ll be too weak for my blog. Catch you all after.
